Access UBS Renewal Price Increase

We are contacting you today to inform you of a change to your Access UBS renewal pricing which will come into effect from 1 March 2023.

Why the increase on Access UBS renewal pricing?

Simply, we, along with our third-party provider, are committed to delivering quality software services. We are and continue to be committed to offering you the quality you expect and deserve, specifically ensuring our software services are best in class to effectively support your changing needs. Hiring and retaining great talent with strong software knowledge has been difficult in a tight labour market, and as such, our costs to support the product have increased over the last 12 months. Every effort has been made to keep this increase to a minimum as we are very conscious of the cost pressures our customers are also facing.

What are the new fees?

From 1 March 2023, the increase to our Access UBS renewal pricing will be approximately 4.5%.

What next?

You do not need to do anything. The changes to your Access UBS renewal pricing will happen automatically from 1 March 2023 and be applied against your renewal invoice. We understand that change can be unsettling, and that’s why we are providing ample notice for you to prepare for these adjustments.
